At this time, Homecare Pro does not support bulk downloading of documents. You are able to download documents one at a time by going to a Caregiver Profile or by navigating to All Data > All Documents.
For now, we're happy to support with bulk downloads of documents as it relates to audit-readiness. We’re also actively exploring ways to make document access and export more efficient in future updates.
