Caregivers can be added to Homecare Pro in three main ways.
1. Automatic Sync from Your Recruitment Platform:
If you use a supported recruitment platform to hire caregivers, we will automatically create those caregivers for you in Homecare Pro and then create them in your EMR/scheduling platform. From there, you will need to assign them a role so we can start onboarding them and managing their compliance requirements.
β2. Automatic Sync from Your EMR:
If you create caregivers in a supported EMR/Scheduling platform and have set up Caregiver Sync with us, we will create applicants from your EMR directly in Homecare Pro. You'll just need to assign them a role so we can start onboarding them and managing their compliance requirements.
3. Manual Addition:
You can also manually add a new caregiver by going to your Onboarding Dashboard, tapping "Add New" next to the Onboarding Pipeline table, entering their basic details and assigning one or more roles within Homecare Pro.
