Yes! Homecare Pro now enables managers to make changes to e-signature templates. When you adjust the form fields on your template, every new document created from it will immediately reflect your changes (documents that have already gone out stay exactly as they were).
Quick path to the editor:
In the Homecare Pro app, Go to Agency Configuration.
In the task list, filter for “Signature” tasks to see every item that uses an e-signature template.
Click the task whose template you want to update.
On the task’s detail page, choose Edit Signature Template.
If you do not see this it may mean that we have not yet switched your agency over to our new e-signature platform that allows for embedded editing in Homecare Pro. Please contact us for more details.
Make your changes, then hit Save Template. That’s it—fresh documents generated from this template will now include your updates.
