We minimize manager notifications so you're not inundated. We'll only email you when there’s a signature packet requiring your signature. Everything else is surfaced directly in Homecare Pro.

For agency managers, we intentionally limit email and SMS notifications to avoid overwhelming your inboxes. You will only receive an email when a signature task is assigned to you and ready for signing.

We don’t send notifications for every caregiver upload or task completion—because that would quickly become too much.

Instead, we highlight anything that needs your attention directly in Homecare Pro:

Needs Attention tab:

  • Documents ready for review

  • Caregivers ready for payroll addition

  • Signature packets in progress

  • Missing caregiver information

Manager Tasks tab:

  • All tasks due within the next 30 days that are assigned to you

This way, you can focus on what actually needs action, without the inbox overload.
