In the E-signatures tab, there is a table that shows you packets ready for generation. From this view you can tap on Generate Packet to prepare all due signature tasks for the embedding signing experience. A green checkmark means packet creation is in progress — you don’t need to click Generate again.
You are also able to generate e-signature packets directly from a caregiver's profile if there are eligible tasks waiting to be completed.
Please note: caregivers are also prompted to generate packets when they reach the "Sign Employment Documents" stage to reduce delays in onboarding.
