How can I tell if an e-signature packet was sent in Homecare Pro or via email?

In Homecare Pro, all in-progress e-signature packets can be seen in your E-Signatures tab.

To see how a packet was sent, go to the In-Progress E-Signature Packets table and scroll to the right. You’ll see a Package Delivery Details column that indicates whether it was sent via Homecare Pro (embedded signing) or via email.

This helps managers know where to access the packet and how to advise caregivers as needed.

For caregivers, they will always be instructed on exactly where to look based on how the packet was sent.
