I need to update a document, but I don't see a task for it — what should I do?

If you need to update a document, such as your car insurance or driver's license, but don't see a task for it in Homecare Pro, don't worry! This is normal. It usually means your current document hasn't expired yet, so the system hasn't created a new task for it.

What to do

Simply reach out to your agency manager and let them know you need to submit an updated document. They will adjust your task so it appears in your Homecare Pro dashboard, and from there you can upload the new version as usual.
