Where can I see what tasks I need to complete?

Your tasks will always be visible when you log into Homecare Pro at app.homecarepro.io, but the view will look slightly different depending on where you are in the process.


If you are onboarding


Your onboarding tasks will appear at the top of your screen as soon as you log in. These may include completing your profile information and uploading required documents. Once all your tasks are complete, you'll be prompted to sign your employment documents.

If you are already working for your agency


Your main dashboard will have two tabs at the top: Tasks and Documents.

To view your tasks:

  1. Click the Tasks tab

  2. You'll see a list of everything you need to complete, including any missing profile information

  3. Each task will show you what's needed and when it's due

  4. Once a task is completed, it will disappear from the list

If your task list is empty, you're all caught up!
