Some agencies may assign you a quiz as part of your onboarding or ongoing compliance. Here's how to complete it:
Log into Homecare Pro at app.homecarepro.io and find the quiz task on your dashboard
Tap the link provided, it will open in a new page
Fill in any required text fields such as your full name and date (look for fields marked with a red star)
Answer all required questions
When you're done, tap Submit
If you missed a question, you'll be prompted to go back and answer it before submitting again
Once submitted, return to your Homecare Pro page, the task will be marked as complete once your agency receives the quiz
Please note: It may take a minute or two for the quiz task to disappear from your dashboard after submitting. Try refreshing the page if it's still showing. ✅
