Once you've uploaded your documents, you can easily find them and check their status at any time.
Steps to view your submitted documents
Log into Homecare Pro at app.homecarepro.io
Click the Documents tab at the top of your dashboard
You'll see a list of everything you've uploaded, such as your ID, certifications, or signed forms
Each document will show its current status, for example Under Review or Approved
What do the statuses mean?
Under Review: your document has been received and is being reviewed by your agency
Approved: your document has been accepted
Rejected: your document was not accepted. Check the task for instructions on what to resubmit
