There are a couple of ways you'll know when you have something to sign:
In the app
When you log into Homecare Pro at app.homecarepro.io, any documents pending your signature will appear at the top of your screen. Simply click on it and tap the Sign Document button to get started.
Via text message
You may also receive a text message notifying you that you have a document to sign. Simply follow the link in the text to go directly to your document.
Do I need to download or print anything?
No need! Everything is signed electronically inside Homecare Pro.
Once everything is signed
You will automatically receive a copy of the completed documents via email. You can also download your signed documents at any time from the Documents tab in Homecare Pro.
