Once you log into Homecare Pro, the first thing you'll need to do is complete your profile if there are any missing details. This is an important step, your tasks will only appear once your profile is complete!
Steps to complete your profile
After logging in, you'll see sections asking for information such as your address, date of birth, driver's license number and social security number
Fill out all required fields
Click Save, the section will disappear once it's been completed
Repeat for any remaining sections
Once your profile is complete, your onboarding tasks will automatically appear for you to complete.
